What is SeaStore?
Does SeaStore supply or sell products?
Yes, SeaStore sell products. All products on SeaStore are either stored or procured by SeaStore. We have a wide range of products in our stock. Besides, we have our affiliated partners who stock the products for us.
Can SeaStore recommend specific products to me?

and we will match products for you.
In which places does SeaStore have branches?
Our head office is located in Chittagong, Bangladesh. There are 5 affiliated partner offices throughout Bangladesh.
Does SeaStore provide shipping services?
Yes. SeaStore has its own delivery team. They deliver all the orders in all ports of Bangladesh. Total delivery system is controlled by SeaStore. But in case of export of any product to any other country, shipping system will be performed according to customer’s requirements (air freight or ship freight).

Category 3 : Sign Up and Login
How Can I Register on SeaStore?
You can register as our buyer member by clicking Login of Sign Up
on homepage and fill up necessary information. The email and password you have used to register will be used for your ‘Login’ next times. You can anytime change your information and password on My Account.
Why does my account fail to log into SeaStore?
Make sure that email and password are correct. Please note that the password is case-sensitive. If you forget your password, click here
to reset your login information.
If you don’t receive an email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder. To avoid email spam, please add firstname.lastname@example.org
to the white list of your mailbox and then click here
to reset the password again. After that, if you still have not received an email, please contact us directly.
What can I do if I forgot my registered email address or password?
Please contact us so that we will help you to find your email. In case of password, please enter your email in Login of Sign Up
and next click 'Forgot Password?'. A link will be sent to your email. Click that link to reset your password. If you still have a difficulty, please contact us directly.
How can I set a Company Name if I don't work for a company?
You can’t sign up in SeaStore if you are not an authorized person for a company. You have to fill up all necessary areas indicated with ** for a successful sign up into SeaStore.
Can I have more than one account?
No. Only one user can register with one email address to register account on SeaStore.
Category 4 : Searching Products
How can I search for products on SeaStore?
There are two ways to search a product on SeaStore
- Write down your required product name fully or partially on the search bar, our strong and effective search engine will find out the product for you with similar available products. Besides, you can search directly with IMPA no. to find accurate products.
- Browse on our wide range of 'Categories' and 'Sub-Category' according to 'Product Type'. You can explore much more than you have anticipated. You can swap to any other categories by clicking one on the left panel, while you browse one.
What should I do if I can't find suitable products?
When you have difficulty in searching for products, let us take care about your findings. You just upload your requisitions on RFQ
. Our efficient team will do the rest and revert to you ASAP.
Category 5 : Delivery Issues
The delivery of my order is delayed. What should I do?
Depending on critical occasion (if any), your order might be delayed. Please check your email for updates. Our customer support representative will be in contact with you in such a case once you Contact us. A new delivery timeframe will be shared with you. You can also check from the Track My Order
What should I do if my order is approved but hasn't been shipped yet?
Depending on your order type (regular or urgent), your order will be processed within 2-5 business days. In case your order hasn't been shipped within this time please contact us so that we can look into it.
Can I open and check the contents inside of a shipment before receiving?
Yes, you can unbox your shipment and check before you receive the product.
How do I know my order has been confirmed?
An e-mail will be sent after you've successfully placed your order. We'll also let you know through our 'Customer Support Center' as every steps of your delivery like 'confirmed order', 'delivered', 'received', 'payments' etc. You can also check from the Track My Order
How can I be confirmed about the accuracy of my products?
When your order is confirmed, our support team will be in contact with you with necessary information and photographs with detailed specifications. In case of delivery in Bangladesh, you can always check your product prior to receive it. In case of international delivery (export), you can verify the product by your representatives prior to export.
Category 6 : Return Issues
In what cases, I can return my ordered products?
You are entitled to return the delivered product in the following cases-
- If the quality of the product is compromised.
- If the expiry date is over.
- If the item is mismatching with the order.
